HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent to handle patient account inquiries from home. The role focuses on reviewing account information, securing payments, and resolving inquiries across multiple systems while upholding department policies.

You will communicate with patients and guarantors by phone or digital media, perform research, document actions, and escalate issues as needed, all while maintaining a professional patient experience.

Competenze

• Minimum one-year customer service experience in healthcare, office, hospitality, retail, or client management.
• Experience in call center environments preferred, healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to stay on the phone for the majority of the workday.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, guarantors, or third parties to review account information and secure payment on balances.
• Learn and work in multiple account systems and applications.
• Document inquiries and actions in the appropriate systems.
• Update or add insurance and demographic information and request rebill as needed.
• Work with patients and guarantors to secure payment using secured methods.
• Escalate complaints to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Provide a positive patient experience with active listening and professional communication.
• Follow CSO guidelines and maintain quality/production metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department.
