Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outreach or sales is preferred.
• Ability to educate and persuade patients to join the program.
• Strong communication and personable demeanor.
• Remote work readiness and self-discipline.
• Availability during CST business hours (8am–4:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to educate patients about the CCM program and enroll them.
• Establish rapport and tailor messaging to patient demographics and health concerns.
• Meet metrics and deadlines while delivering consistent call volume.
• Document interactions and progress in the appropriate software platform.
