Job summary

Daymark Health Inc. is seeking a Patient Marketing Manager to drive enrollment by developing Daymark’s model understanding and audience insights.

You will translate messaging into patient- and provider-facing content across email, SMS, brochures, direct mail, in-person, and digital to educate and enroll patients. You will own multichannel campaigns, write content independently, and partner with the enrollment team to convert prospective patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2C or direct-to-consumer.
• Portfolio of writing samples (emails, SMS, landing pages, brochures, scripts).
• Experience building and deploying lifecycle campaigns in a marketing automation platform.
• Experience running multichannel campaigns and tying them to conversion metrics.
• CRM experience and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM compliance or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Bring a strong point of view to patient acquisition and engagement strategy and translate ideas into campaigns.
• Develop and execute multichannel campaigns across print, email, SMS, direct mail, and digital.
• Write patient- and provider-facing content independently for emails, brochures, landing pages, scripts, and collateral.
• Partner with the enrollment team and provide materials and campaigns to drive conversions.
• Own the patient marketing calendar and campaign deployment across platforms.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and use data to optimize messaging and timing.
