Guidehealth is seeking professionals to engage patients across phone, text, chat, and email, guiding them through healthcare programs and recommended care. You will build rapport, educate on gaps in care, and help navigate appointments and resources.

The role emphasizes empathetic communication, outbound outreach experience, and familiarity with healthcare terminology, in a fully remote, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with customers or patients across multiple channels (phone, text, chat, email).
• Ability to initiate outbound conversations, build trust, and keep people engaged.
• Influence others to take action with empathy and patient focus.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or related environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication adaptable to audience.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and navigation of benefits, providers, prescriptions, appointments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to patients and members through multiple channels to engage them in programs and recommended care.
• Build rapport quickly, identify barriers, and use empathy to motivate action.
• Educate patients about gaps in care, preventive services, and adherence to medications.
• Help patients navigate care, schedule appointments, and connect with resources.
• Manage outbound and inbound interactions, adapting communication style per channel.
• Use technology to document and manage patient interactions accurately.
