Job summary

As a remote Patient Support Specialist, you will conduct inbound and outbound calls, deliver non-promotional disease-state education, assist with medication adherence, gather data for reimbursement, and maintain high-quality service while following client materials and

Qualifications

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN
• Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN required or preferred
• Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience in Neurology or sleep disorders
• Excellent interpersonal communication and telephone manner
• Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology
• Strong organizational skills; self-starter with motivation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to schedules including evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound non-promotional disease-state educational support to identified customers.
• Conduct outbound medication adherence outreach to patients/caregivers.
• Collect demographic data and disposition for reimbursement and literature fulfillment.
• Maintain quality customer service and adhere to program talking points and training.
• Attend and complete required training and competency assessments.
• Develop relationships with key customers and support cross-sector services.
• Attend local/national meetings to stay updated and share knowledge.
• Complete administrative tasks, update systems, time reporting, and emails.
