You will travel extensively (50-75%), engage with healthcare professionals and patient organizations, and align education programs with strategic business goals while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care/life sciences (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect with patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Experience working in a complex matrix to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execute education for patients and families across the Rare Disease portfolio.
• Develop personalized action plans to address educational needs and barriers.
• Facilitate patient education via individual and group meetings and patient organizations.
• Coordinate patient programming across key accounts to align with audience needs.
• Deliver in-services for infusion settings to ensure staff knowledge prior to treatment.
