Qualifications

  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Experience working in a complex matrix to accomplish goals.
  • Strong people skills: flexibility, empathy, and trust.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and coordinate branded and unbranded education for patients and families.
  • Assess educational needs and develop personalized plans for education and support.
  • Ensure education addresses patient barriers and enhances engagement.
  • Facilitate patient education via individual, family, and group meetings and patient organizations.
  • Develop patient programming strategies aligned with key accounts and audiences.
  • Deliver disease- and product-specific in-services for infusion settings (home and clinic).
  • Document communications in CRM with timely data updates.
