Job summary

Sanofi US Services seeks a Patient Education Liaison to support the Rare Diseases portfolio from a remote US location. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care/life sciences (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to connect with patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex concepts clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Experience working in a complex matrix to accomplish goals.
• Strong people skills: flexibility, persistence, creativity, empathy, and trust.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and coordinate branded and unbranded education for patients and families across the Rare Disease portfolio.
• Assess patients' educational needs and develop personalized action plans.
• Facilitate education via individual, family, and group meetings and patient organizations.
• Develop and execute patient programming strategies across key accounts.
• Deliver disease/product in-services for infusion settings and coordinate with field teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align patient education with business strategies.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and meet KPIs.
• Document communications in CRM and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to support territory as needed.
