Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execute patient education for Rare Diseases portfolio.
  • Assess patients’ educational needs and create personalized action plans.
  • Facilitate education via individual, family, and group sessions and patient organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align education initiatives with business goals.
  • Document communications in CRM and ensure data integrity.
  • Travel extensively (50%–75%).

Skills

Bachelor's degree in health care

Education

Master of Science degree (preferred)
Genetic counseling certification or nursing registration (preferred)
