Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Patient Education Liaison for the US (Remote) to support patients and families across Rare Diseases programs. The role emphasizes education, case management collaboration, and education program development within a complex Cross-functional team.

You will lead patient education initiatives, partner with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliant, high-quality information delivery across brands and therapies. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in health care or life sciences and 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to connect with patients, caregivers and providers.
• Experience navigating a complex matrix organization to accomplish goals.
• Strong people skills: flexibility, persistence, creativity, empathy and trust.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking for patient programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication and coordination of education for branded and unbranded materials to patients and families.
• Assess educational needs and develop personalized action plans for patient education and support.
• Facilitate patient education via individual, family, and group meetings and through patient organizations.
• Develop programming strategies that align with key accounts and target appropriate audiences.
• Deliver in-services for infusion settings and coordinate with field teams.
