Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in inbound sales, patient coordination, appointment setting, lead conversion, or high-touch sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional tone.
• Strong phone confidence and experience handling patient-facing interactions.
• Proven ability to convert inbound interest into appointments through timely follow-up.
• Experience managing leads across phone, email, and SMS with accurate CRM records.
• High emotional intelligence to build trust quickly without being pushy.
• Ability to work independently remotely with strong responsiveness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound patient lead pipeline and respond to new inquiries via phone, text, and email with urgency.
• Turn qualified interest into booked consultations by guiding prospects to the next step.
• Follow up consistently with non-booking prospects using personalized communication.
• Nurture longer-term prospects who need time before scheduling.
• Maintain a polished, reassuring phone presence with affluent, high-expectation patients.
• Qualify incoming leads and track where each prospect is in the decision process.
• Document all interactions and next steps in the practice CRM accurately.
• Provide after-hours and weekend lead coverage to ensure fast responses when the core team is unavailable.
• Support patients after consultations as they consider surgery.
