Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent.
• Minimum six months of call center experience preferred.
• PC experience in a Windows environment.
• Basic keyboarding skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients regarding repayment of medical debt.
• Achieve assigned goals (resolutions, call quality, productivity).
• Provide customer service to resolve medical account balances.
• Profile patients and update demographic/financial information on calls.
• Negotiate the best possible repayment arrangements.
• Proficient use of the company telephone system for outbound/inbound calls.
