Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote, full-time Billing/Collections Specialist to manage franchise-partner accounts receivable and optimize collections. You will collaborate with patients, franchisees, and leadership to recover dollars owed while ensuring clear financial communication.

Responsibilities include reviewing benefits, verifying information, setting up payments, and educating patients about out-of-pocket costs and PAP programs. HIPAA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in self-pay collections in infusion or medical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and research skills for collections.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts to determine correct self-pay balances.
• Review benefits verification and admission agreements for patient responsibilities.
• Set up payments and payment plans within policy parameters.
• Educate patients about out-of-pocket costs and financial assistance programs.
