Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes company, seeks a Training Specialist to support end-user training for clinical trial operations. You will deliver technical training across live, virtual, and remote formats, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and training materials.

You will coordinate sessions, collaborate with product teams, and ensure compliance with quality standards while traveling up to 50% as needed. A strong teaching background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, with experience delivering technical presentations and using training manuals/guides.
• Ability to engage classroom or virtual audiences and adapt delivery to diverse end-users.
• Solid understanding of clinical research SaaS technology and life sciences.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools and structured content models.
• Strong time-management and ability to work independently.
• Meticulous documentation of training logs and version history for audit readiness.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard virtual training platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including weekends and international travel.
• Experience in structured corporate or academic training for adult learners.
• Experience in creating and delivering instructor-led trainings.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: conduct standard technical training across Instructor-Led, Webinar, and Remote formats.
• Product Knowledge: stay current on Medidata's Patient Experience products and workflows.
• Content Maintenance: update manuals, templates, and documentation to reflect product updates.
• Logistical Coordination: plan environments and track training sessions.
• Collaboration & Feedback: share user-experience feedback with stakeholders.
• Project Execution: manage timelines and deliverables across multiple trainings.
• Compliance Adherence: follow Medidata guidelines and quality procedures.
