Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years in clinical/biomedical or software development environments, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel up to 50% internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of clinical research SaaS technology and life sciences.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools and structured content models.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills for routine tasks.
• Meticulous documentation to support audit readiness.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard virtual platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including weekends and international travel.
• Background in formal teaching, corporate training, or academic instruction is valued.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Deliver standard technical training, demonstrations, and Train the Trainer sessions across formats (Instructor-Led, Webinar, Remote) for internal and external clients.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain proficiency in Medidata's Patient Experience products and core workflows, updating yourself on new features to support end-users.
• Content Maintenance: Update and maintain training materials, manuals, templates, and documentation.
• Logistical Coordination: Plan environments, logistics, and tracking for training sessions and Investigator Meetings.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Work with internal teams, capturing user-experience feedback for stakeholders.
• Project Execution: Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple training assignments under the Training Manager.
• Compliance Adherence: Follow Medidata guidelines to meet standards.
