Responsibilities

• Deliver standard technical training across Instructor-Led, Webinar, and Remote formats.
• Maintain proficiency in Medidata's Patient Experience products and workflows.
• Update and maintain training materials, manuals, templates, and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and Investigator Meetings.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and product teams to capture user feedback.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple training assignments under the Training Manager.
• Follow Medidata quality procedures to ensure compliant training activities.
