Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Training Specialist within the Global Education team to deliver end-user technical training across multiple formats for the clinical research industry. You will create and maintain training materials, ensuring alignment with product updates and company quality standards.

The role supports live or virtual sessions with a multinational client base, with travel up to 50% as required. Hybrid NYC metro-based role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
1–3 years in clinical/biomedical or software development environments (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present technically.
Able to travel up to 50%, including weekends and international travel.
Experience with training delivery and documentation standards.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and structured content models.
Proven ability to manage multiple training projects independently.

Responsibilities

Deliver standard technical training across formats for internal and external clients.
Maintain proficiency in Medidata's Patient Experience products and core workflows.
Update training materials, manuals, templates, and documentation to reflect product updates.
Handle logistical planning and environment setup for training sessions and Investigator Meetings.
Capture user feedback from training sessions and pass to stakeholders.
Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple training assignments under the Training Manager.
Follow Medidata guidelines and quality procedures for compliance.
