Job summary

Medidata Solutions in the United States is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver end‑user technical training (web-based and classroom) for the clinical research industry, adhering to quality standards. You will support Investigator Meetings and develop trainings, materials, and documentation.

Join a team of 6–8 specialists; travel up to 50% (including weekends and international travel as needed); a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field is required, with 1–3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Clinical Trial Operations or Instructional discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical/biomedical and/or software development environment preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including weekends and international travel as required by project needs.
• Experience creating and delivering structured, corporate or life-sciences training for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Deliver standard technical training across formats (Instructor‑Led/Classroom, Webinar, and Remote) for internal and external clients.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain proficiency in Medidata's Patient Experience products and core workflows.
• Content Maintenance: Update training materials, manuals, templates, and documentation.
• Logistical Coordination: Plan environments and track training sessions and Investigator Meetings.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Gather user feedback and relay to stakeholders.
• Project Execution: Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple trainings.
• Compliance Adherence: Follow Medidata guidelines and quality procedures.
