Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years healthcare customer service preferred.
• Able to perform well in a high-volume call center.
• Flexible with changing call types and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze situations in real time.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume center with professionalism.
• Assist patients with orders, benefits explanations, billing inquiries.
• Follow workflows and maintain focus during scheduled calls.
• De-escalate concerns with empathy within SOPs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
