Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent; healthcare/health insurance experience desirable.
• 1–3 years of healthcare/health insurance industry experience recommended.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Accept and coordinate resupply orders; identify patient needs and coordinate ongoing supplies.
• Enter and process supply orders received via phone from patients, referrals, and payors.
• Confirm patient eligibility and medical information to facilitate order fulfillment.
• Explain billing process to ensure patient understands financial responsibilities.
