Responsibilities

• Assist patients and referrals by accepting and coordinating resupply orders and providing solutions.
• Enter and process supply orders from patients, referral sources, and payors.
• Confirm eligibility and medical information for order fulfillment.
• Explain patient and insurance billing processes to ensure understanding of financial responsibility.
• Document patient accounts accurately and communicate tracking information.
