Job summary

Ro is seeking Patient Advocates to support patients and a network of providers with empathetic, non-clinical care. You’ll handle inquiries, triage messages, and coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, insurance, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve the patient journey.

Role requires 1–2 years in patient-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with AI-based tools. Full-time, US-wide remote work with occasional HQ collaboration in NY tri-state area.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a patient-facing administrative, healthcare, customer service, or operations role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Ability to investigate issues and propose next steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, high-touch support to patients and navigate care experiences.
• Assist providers with non-clinical administrative tasks in the Care Center (EMR).
• Investigate complex patient situations with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
