The position supports Parallon services and requires adherence to department policies. Work from home with eligibility based on geographic location and proximity to an HCA hospital, ensuring compliant and empathetic patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred in healthcare.
• Ability to work a minimum of 90% of your day on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle account inquiries via inbound/outbound calls from patients, guarantors, or third parties.
• Review patient account information in multiple systems and take appropriate action.
• Document inquiries and actions in the appropriate systems.
• Update insurance and demographic information and request rebill.
• Work with patients and guarantors to secure payment on balances.
• Escalate complaints to the appropriate department as needed.
• Provide a positive patient experience with timely resolution and professional demeanor.
• Follow CSO guidelines and maintain performance metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department.
