Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a clinical setting.
• 1+ years of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
• Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Mon-Fri; occasional overtime.
• Must reside within commutable distance to Worcester, MA area.

Responsibilities

• Verifies demographic, insurance and other patient information.
• Addresses patient-care related telephone calls and queues.
• Notifies providers of scheduling changes and adds-ons.
• Schedules and coordinates patient visits and procedures.
• Provides patient education regarding managed care plans and referrals.
