Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Remote Healthcare Coordinator to support patients, caregivers, and health plan members. You will schedule and coordinate medical appointments, answer questions, and maintain accurate records while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced remote environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism. This is a full-time, 100% remote role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi/Bengali (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on medical appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth patient experience.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service.
• Answer questions about services and appointment details.
• Update patients and caregivers on test results turnaround when applicable.
• Work remotely in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Learn new systems and workflows quickly as needed.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
