Qualifications

• Proficient English (written and spoken).
• Proficient Creole (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience required.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new systems and workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable computer setup (Windows 10 or newer, two monitors, stable internet).
