Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Murray, KY is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator - REMOTE, to support our Sleep Central After Hours Call Center.

You will contact patients regarding delivery of equipment, take orders, verify information, and enter orders promptly. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work five days per week including Saturdays and Sundays and some evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screen may apply.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Contact patients about delivery of equipment and place orders.
• Verify patient information and input orders in the system.
• Transcribe patient profiles by phone and perform data entry.
• Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipments.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
