Zusammenfassung

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a dedicated Department Team Lead of the Customer Support Center. You will support the supervisor in managing the department’s activities, ensuring efficient resource use and consistent patient quality and satisfaction. Evening shift 11:30am-8pm CST.

You will coach staff, verify insurance, manage orders, and coordinate with field locations to ensure timely fulfillment of home medical equipment and services, delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Background check required; process standard for healthcare roles.
• Drug screen where applicable; per position requirements.
• Compliance with healthcare credentialing where applicable; license/credentials as required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record where applicable.

• Assist the supervisor in directing department activities and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Communicate policies and procedures; drive process improvements.
• Build relationships with locations, patients, and referral sources; ensure service quality.
• Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for services/products.
• Lead coaching sessions to identify opportunities and recognize performance.
• Ensure accurate patient inputs and maintain quality control throughout patient contact.
