Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for a remote California-based role. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and scheduling for patients and caregivers, with about 75+ calls per day. Work from home with a company laptop and setup provided.

You will document interactions, provide eligibility/benefit information, and escalate issues as needed. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Prior CRM/EHR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a high-volume call center.
• Experience with scheduling and patient inquiries is a plus.
• Healthcare customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and contacts in a fast-paced call center.
• Schedule appointments and resolve conflicts per protocols.
• Document updates in the internal system and provide eligibility/benefit information.
• Escalate concerns as needed to appropriate staff.
