TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for a remote role that requires being local to Portland, OR and surrounding areas. You will support patients, manage accounts, and guide enrollment and payment options while delivering white-glove service.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, documenting interactions, and escalating issues as needed. This hybrid position is based in Hillsboro, OR, with an anticipated Sep 28, 2026 deadline and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• 1–2 years of call center or telephone-based support preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, financial services, or patient-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from account holders and prospective customers.
• Make outbound calls to welcome new account holders and assist with past-due accounts.
• Explain account options and promote enrollment and payment activity.
