Customer Care Representative (Remote)

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of the program, helping patients understand their accounts and providing a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Responsibilities Include
- Handle inbound calls from current and prospective account holders.
- Place outbound calls to welcome new customers, assist with account servicing, follow up on past-due accounts, and support special outreach campaigns.
- Deliver a white-glove customer experience while serving as an advocate for patients and ambassador for the brand.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account activity within a proprietary CRM system.
- Escalate concerns and complaints as needed while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and quality evaluations to continuously improve performance.
- Embrace feedback and development opportunities in a collaborative team environment.
- Help drive program enrollment, increase payment activity, and support patient financial wellness.

Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone.

- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must reside in the Portland, OR area or surrounding communities.
- Ability to travel onsite for equipment pickup and return when necessary.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
