Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Remote) to support patients navigating healthcare payment solutions from a home-based setting, with occasional onsite equipment pickup in the Portland, OR area.

As part of the team, you will handle inbound calls, reach out to welcome new customers, document interactions in the CRM, and escalate issues when needed, all while delivering a white-glove experience and strong empathy.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must reside in the Portland, OR area or surrounding communities.
• Ability to travel onsite for equipment pickup and return when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from current and prospective account holders.
• Place outbound calls to welcome new customers and support account servicing.
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience while advocating for patients and the brand.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Participate in coaching, training, and quality evaluations to improve performance.
• Support program enrollment and patient financial wellness.
