Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer patient questions related to treatment, logistics, and next steps.
• Troubleshoot shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Track patients through care journey and ensure follow-up.
• Verify and document insurance eligibility.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with HIPAA.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate progress to teammates.
