Responsibilities

• Answer calls, typically 40–50 per day, and resolve patient/guarantor inquiries.
• Provide timely, professional, and accurate account review and resolution.
• Document all interactions and account actions in billing systems.
• Collaborate with departments and payers to resolve issues and ensure proper billing.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and follow policies; log issues for audit.
