Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Associate Director, PSC Operations in the United States for a fully remote leadership role. You will oversee patient service center operations supporting patients and healthcare providers across patient support programs, guiding a large team to deliver compliant, high-quality service.

You will lead change initiatives, collaborate across functions, and communicate performance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years in patient services, patient support programs, pharma/biotech, or healthcare environment.
• Proven leadership of large teams and accountability for results.
• Experience with call center operations, KPIs, service levels, and quality management.
• Strong data analytics, dashboards, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 50+ reports; build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily patient service center operations for compliant, high-quality delivery.
• Set performance expectations, SLAs, policies, and standards.
• Monitor KPIs and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze patient and customer feedback to improve care and experience.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize workflows.
• Prepare updates on compliance, performance, risks, and improvements for leadership.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends affecting program delivery.
• Drive change initiatives while maintaining engagement and continuity.
• Travel up to 25%, mainly to Pittsburgh, PA.
