Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front door for patient access, assisting with scheduling and service inquiries.
• Provide accurate, timely information to patients, families and providers.
• Coordinate care and triage incoming calls within the system contact center.
• Enter patient demographics, insurance, and clinical details accurately.
• Initiate financial clearance processes such as eligibility verification and pre-certification.
• Identify delays and escalate issues to leadership as appropriate.
