Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license or CHW certification with 2+ years of patient-facing experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare and strong phone communication skills.
• Experience with HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain coverage, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA guidelines.
