This role is remote, 1099, with 20-40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9am–7pm ET, and pays an hourly rate of $20–$25, commensurate with experience. The position requires an active LPN/LVN license or CHW certification with 2+ years of patient-facing experience and strong Medicare knowledge to guide

Qualifications
