Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and scheduling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointment requests and outbound calls for Epic referrals.
• Explain insurance participation, financial responsibility, and time-of-service policy to patients.
• Obtain insurance and demographic information from patients registered in EPIC.
• Perform real-time insurance verification.
• Collect preregistration information for Epic work queues.
• Provide backup coverage as needed.
