Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer calls, providing information and scheduling assistance.
• Collect insurance and demographic data; register in EPIC; verify coverage in real time.
• Obtain pre-registration details and address outstanding Epic work queue items.
• Make outbound calls for Epic referral scheduling and support team coverage as needed.
• Perform general faxing, filing, and mail sorting; assist with related duties.
