Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) seeks a Patient Access Representative to handle high-volume inquiries, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and pre-register patients for reproductive health services. You will work remotely across the U.S., using EHR systems and scripts to ensure accurate information and smooth visits.

The role emphasizes patient-centered service, adherence to HIPAA, and collaboration with the Patient Access Center to meet performance metrics and quality

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent CHN to consumers in a friendly, proactive manner.
• Field and resolve inquiries via phone and other contact methods.
• Schedule appointments and verify patient insurance.
• Pre-register patients and screen for funding sources.
• Guide patients through care processes and use EHR systems.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Provide training and support to colleagues and meet performance metrics.
