Qualifications

• Training is mandatory with two start dates and attendance required.
• Remote work from approved US states as listed.
• Experience in call center or healthcare customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide customer service.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments; verify demographics and insurance.
• Update medical records and assist with triage and referrals as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to nurses and maintain EMR documentation.
