Job summary

Ideal candidates bring data-entry experience, familiarity with Epic Cadence/Prelude, and strong communication skills, including remote-work capability and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year data look-up/data entry experience.
• 2 years in customer service with complex analytical problem-solving.
• 1 year in a medical call center environment.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Willingness to work within a 100-mile radius of downtown campus.
• Experience with Epic Cadence and Prelude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume center.
• Screen, redirect, and transfer calls as needed.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Verify and capture patient demographics and health insurance.
• Complete patient registrations accurately and professionally.
• Escalate calls to Team Coordinator when needed.
• Shadow and mentor newly onboarded Connection Advisor team members.
• Meet call-quality standards.
