Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact guiding providers and patients through onboarding, coverage, and support across the Oncology portfolio.

You will educate on payer policies, assist enrollment in PAP, and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and back-office teams while ensuring compliant handling of patient data. Travel up to 20% and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, insurance verification, prior authorization or access programs.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and coverage.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support access case resolutions at the office level, explain benefit investigations and prior authorizations, and guide documentation.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and adhere to SOPs and HIPAA/compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and back-office Benefits Specialists as needed.
