Job summary

GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager for field-based coverage, reimbursement, and support across the Oncology portfolio. You will serve as the primary contact for consented patients and caregivers, guiding onboarding and ongoing access while supporting provider accounts within the territory.

In this role you will educate provider offices on payer policies, assist with prior authorizations, and document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud, upholding HIPAA and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients and caregivers, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey within GSK Oncology programs.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies, and assist with prior authorizations and appeals.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
