Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Supervisor for Patient Access & Pre-Access to organize and coordinate staff activities, ensuring safe, efficient operations and fiscal responsibility. You will collaborate with the Patient Access Manager to coach staff and drive performance, while overseeing orientation, training, and essential Revenue Cycle tasks to ensure compliance and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field.
• 2 year/ Associate degree or 4 year/ Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration duties with staff and ensure daily completion.
• Provide staff training and monitor productivity.
• Track department metrics and report needs (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Schedule staff, minimize overtime, and coordinate rotations.
• Manage upfront collection process tracking and coaching.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide guidance by phone as needed.
• Develop department processes, conduct audits, and offer continual coaching.
• Attend facility meetings and ensure effective communication with clinical teams.
