Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Bristol, TN seeks a Patient Access and Pre-Access Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the patient access/pre-access team, optimize front-end workflows, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, provide training, and partner with clients to improve patient satisfaction and efficiency, while participating in onboarding and development programs.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree required; healthcare or business background preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and hospital billing.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and managing teams using AI to improve processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the patient access/pre-access team; ensures efficient workflows and adherence to revenue cycle goals.
• Manages scheduling, monitors KPIs, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provides coaching and performance feedback; resolves complex patient and operational issues; partners with clients to optimize front-end processes.
• Drives onboarding, training, and continuous development of staff; supports initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Participates in staff evaluations and ensures time/attendance accuracy.
