Job summary

Lumexa Imaging, Inc. seeks a PACE Supervisor to lead and mentor the PACE Patient Access Representatives and Team Leads. This remote role in Dallas, TX includes two weeks onsite training and focuses on service excellence, policy adherence, and KPI performance.

You will supervise call center operations, ensure confidentiality, review performance data, and drive continuous improvement in patient access processes across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical scheduling or customer service exp preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor and supervisor queue support and ensure 100% policy compliance.
• Oversee performance of representatives to meet KPIs and quality goals.
• Coach representatives on Lumexa Imaging processes, guidelines and metrics.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Handle escalated calls and service recovery to maintain patient satisfaction.
• Compile and analyze reports and logs for timely decision making.
