AdventHealth is seeking a Consumer Access Specialist for a fully remote, patient-centric role in a fast-paced call center. You will explain financial aspects of care, collect payments, and coordinate with financial counseling as needed, while delivering empathetic service to patients.

Responsibilities include Medicare compliance, eligibility verification, pre-authorizations coordination, and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ customer service (preferred).
• 1+ relevant healthcare experience (preferred).
• 1+ revenue cycle experience (preferred).
