Qualifications

• PTCB certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree program preferred or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard patients and verify benefits, prior authorizations, and financial assistance to streamline prescription fulfillment.
• Coordinate with ambulatory pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers to support reimbursement.
• Obtain insurance information and signatures for PAP submissions and prior authorizations.
• Document activities in EMR and IndiCare to support workflow and outcomes.
• Provide proactive communication to the Patient Access Management team to resolve reimbursement barriers.
